Who I Work With
Inclusivity Includes You.
Whoever you are, whatever your story — you’re welcome here.
Therapy is a space for your full self: the parts that feel strong, the parts that feel uncertain, and everything in between. I work with people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — including differences in culture, faith/spirituality, gender, sexuality, and family dynamics.
My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow without judgment. You don’t need to leave any part of yourself at the door — your experiences, questions, and entire personhood are honored here.
Disclaimer
People are far more nuanced than being reduced to categories or symptoms — I work with people more so than ‘problems’. If the categories below feel like they capture your current experience and build your understanding, great, let’s connect.
However, if you don’t see yourself fitting in the categories below or the list itself feels overwhelming, you’re invited to book a consultation and we can see if it’s a fit.
Areas of Focus
-
Feeling on edge, overthinking, or finding it hard to slow your mind down. Together we’ll understand what your anxiety is trying to protect and find steadier ground beneath it.
-
When everything feels heavy or distant, it can be hard to know where to start. We’ll work to reconnect you with hope, energy, and a sense of meaning.
-
You’ve been holding it together for a long time, but it’s starting to take its toll and being able to take a break might difficult. We’ll create space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with what matters most.
-
Sometimes emotions feel too big or too far away. Therapy can help you learn to notice, name, and work with your emotions in ways that build understanding trust and learn how to listen to and respond to those feelings.
-
Relationships can bring out both our best and hardest parts. Whether you’re looking to reconnect, communicate better, or understand repeating patterns, we’ll explore it together.
-
It’s not easy to speak your truth or say “no” when that skill has never been safe or taught. We’ll practice learning to listen to what you value, what you’re protecting, and how to advocate for yourself in a manner that’s kind, clear, and aligned with who you are.
-
Parenting often stirs memories of how we were raised. Together we’ll explore your patterns and build new ways of relating — with your kids and yourself.
-
Old experiences can shape how we move through life, even when we wish they wouldn’t. Healing happens through safety, connection, and giving your story the space it deserves and processing now what was too difficult then.
-
Even surrounded by people, you might feel unseen. We’ll explore what connection means for you and how to cultivate it from the inside out.
-
Change can be both exciting and disorienting. Therapy offers space to process who you’re becoming and what you’re leaving behind.
-
At certain points, life asks bigger questions. We’ll explore what gives your life depth, direction, and authenticity.
-
All of us live in our bodies but often have never considered what our bodies are saying to us. Learning to notice and trust what your body communicates can bring a new sense of calm, presence, and integration.
-
You might feel like you’re running on overdrive or constantly behind. We’ll explore your patterns with curiosity, compassion, and practical strategies that fit how your brain works.
-
Loss changes the shape of our world. Therapy can be a place to honor what you’ve lost and slowly make space for what remains.
-
Navigating identity can bring both pride and tension. We’ll explore how culture, family, and belonging shape your sense of self.
-
Many clients come to therapy sorting through questions of faith, doubt, and spiritual identity. Together we’ll make space for your story — honoring what shaped you while finding what feels true now.
-
Therapy isn’t only for crisis. It can be a place to understand yourself deeply, grow toward wholeness, and thrive in the life you’re living.
-
If you’ve spent a lifetime proving your value, it can be hard to feel it internally. We’ll explore what shaped that belief and help you experience worth that doesn’t depend on doing.
People I Work With
-
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy. Sometimes growth looks like understanding yourself more deeply and choosing to live with greater intention and authenticity.
-
For performers and artists whose identity and emotions live close to their craft — we’ll explore the mental, emotional, and relational sides of performing while also integrating who you are in the other areas of your life.
-
High performers who are great at holding it together — but want a space where they don’t have to.
-
You give a lot and you’re really good at it. This is a space where you don’t have to be the strong one — where your needs matter too.
-
Figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to handle all the noise that comes with stepping into who you are in the world.
-
Driven, creative, and often carrying the weight of it all alone. We’ll focus on helping you slow down and reconnect with the core self carrying you through the grind.
-
So many men just want to be good and enough in the world. Many men have learned to keep emotions quiet or deal with things alone. Or they want to share their feelings but feel shut down from external expectations placed on them. Therapy can be a place to drop the armor, find language for what’s inside, and rediscover connection on your own terms.
-
Balancing exhaustion, expectations, and the echoes of how you were raised — we’ll help you parent with more presence and compassion.
-
The deepest honor in my life is being a safe space and being held safely by the many wonderful women in my life whom I love dearly.
Women are often carrying so much — the mental load, the care, and often the pressure to hold it all together. This is a space to breathe, feel seen, and reconnect with yourself beyond the roles you fill.
